Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-08-15 · Last updated 15 August 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 6AM website, student portal, educational programme, coaching services, community and related services provided by Trade6AM (“6AM”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By attending an onboarding call, purchasing a 6AM programme or service, creating an account, or using the 6AM website or student portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 6AM services.

You can contact us at info@trade6am.com.

2. Eligibility

6AM is intended for individuals aged 18 or over.

By attending an onboarding call, creating an account, purchasing a programme or using the 6AM services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not currently operate an age-verification system. However, if we reasonably believe that a user does not meet this requirement, we may restrict or terminate access.

3. Enrolment and Onboarding

The 6AM programme requires an onboarding call before enrolment.

Completing an onboarding call does not guarantee acceptance into the programme.

6AM reserves the right to decline an application or choose not to enrol an individual at its discretion before payment is made.

If you are accepted, you will be provided with the information necessary to complete payment.

Programme access is provided only after successful payment and completion of the applicable activation process.

4. Nature of the Service

6AM provides educational content relating to trading and financial markets.

Depending on the service purchased, the programme may include:

  • Educational lessons and written material
  • Videos and other educational content
  • Interactive lessons, quizzes and exercises
  • The 6AM student portal
  • The 6AM AI Assistant
  • Trading journals and related tools
  • Onboarding
  • Community access
  • Additional educational resources
  • Optional one-to-one coaching sessions

The specific services available to you may depend on your enrolment and the services you purchase.

6AM may introduce, modify or remove features from the platform from time to time.

5. Educational Purpose and No Financial Advice

6AM is an educational service.

Nothing provided by 6AM constitutes:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Personalised investment recommendations
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice
  • A recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument
  • A solicitation to enter into a financial transaction
  • A guarantee of profit or trading success

Educational examples, market analysis, charts, setups, trade examples, scenarios and discussions are provided for educational purposes.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when and how to trade.

You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

Our Risk Disclaimer forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

6. No Guarantee of Results

6AM does not guarantee that you will:

  • Become profitable
  • Make money
  • Achieve a particular return
  • Pass a prop-firm or funded-account evaluation
  • Maintain profitability
  • Achieve a particular win rate
  • Achieve a particular risk-to-reward ratio
  • Achieve any other particular trading result

Individual results vary.

Historical examples, backtests, statistics, hypothetical scenarios, examples of trades or results achieved by individuals do not guarantee future performance.

Your results depend on numerous factors, including your own decisions, execution, discipline, risk management, capital, market conditions and circumstances outside our control.

7. Programme Access

Once you have been accepted, completed payment and activated your account, your programme access is intended to be lifetime access.

“Lifetime access” means access for the duration that 6AM continues to operate and provide the relevant programme, subject to these Terms.

Lifetime access does not mean that:

  • Every feature will remain permanently unchanged;
  • Every third-party service will remain available;
  • The website will always be available without interruption; or
  • Community access is permanent.

6AM may exceptionally suspend or terminate access in accordance with these Terms.

8. Personal and Non-Transferable Access

Your programme access is personal to you.

You must not:

  • Share your account credentials;
  • Allow another person to use your account;
  • Transfer your account to another person;
  • Sell or sublicense your access;
  • Provide another person with access to your programme;
  • Allow another person to access your course materials through your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly.

9. Payment

The 6AM programme is currently purchased through a single upfront payment.

Payment is made after the onboarding process and acceptance into the programme.

Payment is processed through Stripe.

Additional services, including one-to-one coaching, may require separate payments.

Prices may be changed for future purchases at any time. A price change will not alter the price already agreed for a completed purchase.

10. Refunds and Cancellation

All programme fees are non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable law provides a cancellation or cooling-off period, those rights will apply.

Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, 6AM may obtain your express consent to begin supplying that content during any applicable cancellation period and your acknowledgement of the applicable consequences of doing so.

Where you believe you have a statutory right to cancel or receive a refund, you should contact info@trade6am.com.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be removed or restricted.

11. Coaching

Coaching is an additional paid service available to students who are already enrolled in the 6AM programme.

Coaching sessions are purchased individually and do not create a separate programme membership.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled session, the session may be treated as used and no replacement session or refund will be provided, subject to any statutory rights that apply.

6AM may reschedule a coaching session where reasonably necessary.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property contained within or relating to the 6AM services belongs to 6AM or is used by us under appropriate rights or licences, unless otherwise stated.

This includes, without limitation:

  • The 6AM Strategy
  • The methodology, frameworks and concepts developed by 6AM
  • 6AM terminology and educational systems
  • Course material
  • Videos
  • Written content
  • Diagrams and graphics
  • Quizzes and exercises
  • Strategy documentation
  • Website and portal design
  • Software and functionality
  • Branding and logos
  • Original content published by 6AM
  • AI prompts, configurations and supporting materials

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access and use the programme for your own educational purposes.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any 6AM intellectual property to you.

13. Use of Programme Materials

Programme materials are intended to remain within the 6AM student portal.

You may take screenshots and personal notes for your own private educational use.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

  • Redistribute course materials;
  • Publish screenshots or recordings of course materials;
  • Share PDFs, videos or other programme resources with third parties;
  • Upload programme materials to public websites or communities;
  • Upload substantial portions of programme materials to AI systems or other third-party services;
  • Sell, licence or commercially exploit programme materials;
  • Reproduce substantial portions of the 6AM Strategy for commercial purposes;
  • Use 6AM materials to create or operate a competing educational product;
  • Record lessons or coaching sessions for distribution;
  • Remove copyright, branding or ownership notices;
  • Provide your programme access to another person.

You may use your personal notes and screenshots privately for your own learning, but may not distribute or commercially exploit them in a way that reproduces or reveals substantial proprietary 6AM material.

14. Protection of the 6AM Strategy

The 6AM Strategy, including its terminology, frameworks, methodology, educational structure and proprietary concepts, is intellectual property of 6AM to the extent protected by applicable law.

Your enrolment gives you permission to learn and personally apply the 6AM Strategy.

It does not give you permission to:

  • Teach the 6AM Strategy commercially;
  • Create a competing course based substantially on the 6AM Strategy;
  • Repackage the methodology as your own;
  • Sell access to substantially derived 6AM educational material;
  • Represent the 6AM Strategy as your own intellectual property;
  • Use substantial portions of the methodology in another paid educational product.

Nothing in this section prevents you from using general knowledge, skills or experience acquired through education, or from exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted.

15. Student Content

You may submit content to the 6AM platform, including:

  • Journal entries
  • Trade records
  • Quiz responses
  • Recognition exercises
  • Messages
  • Images
  • Files
  • Other information you voluntarily submit

You retain ownership of content that you create, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.

You grant 6AM a limited licence to store, process, reproduce and display your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and operate the services.

We will process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You must not submit content that:

  • Is unlawful;
  • Infringes another person's rights;
  • Contains another person's private information without permission;
  • Contains malicious software;
  • Attempts to compromise the platform;
  • Is threatening, abusive or harassing; or
  • Could reasonably cause harm to 6AM or another user.

16. Student Journal

The 6AM journal is intended to allow students to privately record their trading activity and learning progress.

Journal entries are intended to remain private to the student account under the current platform design.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into your journal.

You should not enter passwords, payment credentials, security credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information.

17. AI Assistant

The 6AM AI Assistant is an optional educational support tool.

Responses are generated using Google's Gemini models. Messages you send to the AI Assistant are transmitted to Google for processing.

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, omissions or errors.

The AI Assistant does not provide financial advice, personalised investment advice or guarantees of trading outcomes.

You remain responsible for independently evaluating information provided by the AI Assistant and for all trading decisions you make.

6AM may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue the AI Assistant, including where the underlying third-party technology becomes unavailable or is materially changed.

Your use of the AI Assistant is also subject to the data-processing provisions described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Community Access

6AM may provide students with access to a community, including Discord or another platform.

Community access is a separate feature of the 6AM services and may be revoked at any time.

Revocation of community access does not necessarily mean that your programme access will also be terminated.

However, serious or repeated breaches of these Terms may result in both community and programme access being suspended or terminated.

19. Community Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully and constructively when interacting with other 6AM members, staff and coaches.

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten or abuse another member;
  • Discriminate against another member;
  • Share another person's private information;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Impersonate 6AM or its representatives;
  • Spam or excessively promote unrelated services;
  • Promote competing courses, communities, signal services or trading services;
  • Distribute unauthorised 6AM materials;
  • Attempt to scam or defraud another member;
  • Share malicious links or software;
  • Attempt to compromise community or platform security;
  • Use the community for unlawful purposes.

We may remove content, restrict community access or take other appropriate action where necessary to enforce these rules.

20. Trading Signals and Third-Party Services

You must not use the 6AM community to promote or distribute unauthorised trading signals, paid signal services, third-party trading groups, courses, coaching or other commercial services.

You must not use the 6AM community primarily as a channel for promoting your own commercial interests.

6AM may remove promotional material and restrict or terminate access where appropriate.

21. Prohibited Use of the Platform

You must not use the 6AM website or student portal to:

  • Break applicable laws;
  • Gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
  • Circumvent access controls;
  • Scrape or systematically extract substantial platform content;
  • Reverse engineer the platform except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • Introduce malicious software;
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform;
  • Create accounts to circumvent restrictions;
  • Share programme access;
  • Distribute proprietary 6AM material;
  • Build a competing product using proprietary 6AM material;
  • Abuse payment or platform functionality;
  • Conduct fraudulent activity.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary if you materially breach these Terms.

This may include:

  • Sharing your account;
  • Distributing programme materials;
  • Commercially exploiting our intellectual property;
  • Creating or operating a competing product using proprietary 6AM material;
  • Serious or repeated community misconduct;
  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Payment fraud or chargeback abuse;
  • Attempting to compromise our systems;
  • Impersonating 6AM;
  • Engaging in unlawful activity;
  • Other serious misuse of the services.

Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to remedy a breach.

For serious misconduct, fraud, security threats, intellectual property violations or other circumstances where immediate action is reasonably necessary, we may suspend or terminate access immediately.

Where access is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, programme fees will not ordinarily be refunded, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

23. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error or that you are entitled to a refund, you should contact us at info@trade6am.com so that we can investigate the matter.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving programme access without first contacting us where reasonably possible, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated.

Where a payment is reversed through a chargeback and the dispute is resolved in our favour, we reserve the right to seek recovery of amounts properly owed to us and to terminate or restrict access to the services, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate statutory or legal rights.

24. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the 6AM website and student portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance;
  • Updates;
  • Technical failures;
  • Security incidents;
  • Hosting or infrastructure issues;
  • Internet failures;
  • Third-party service failures;
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

We may temporarily suspend or modify services where reasonably necessary to maintain security, perform maintenance or improve the platform.

25. Changes to the Services

6AM is an evolving educational platform.

We may add, modify, replace or remove features from the website, portal or programme where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve or develop the services.

This may include changes to:

  • Lessons;
  • Portal functionality;
  • AI tools;
  • Community features;
  • Interactive features;
  • Software;
  • Third-party integrations;
  • Educational resources.

We will not intentionally remove the core substance of a purchased programme in a manner that would deprive you of the benefit you reasonably purchased, except where circumstances or applicable law require otherwise.

26. Third-Party Services

6AM relies on third-party services including payment providers, authentication and database infrastructure, AI services, communications services and community platforms.

Third-party services may experience outages, changes or failures outside our reasonable control.

6AM is not responsible for losses arising solely from the failure, interruption or modification of a third-party service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

27. Trading Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your trading decisions;
  • The financial instruments you trade;
  • Your broker or trading platform;
  • Your trading account;
  • Your capital;
  • Your position sizing;
  • Your risk management;
  • Your use or interpretation of the 6AM Strategy;
  • Any profits or losses resulting from your trading.

6AM does not execute trades on your behalf or make trading decisions for you.

You must independently decide whether a particular trade or strategy is appropriate for your circumstances.

28. Trading Risk

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk.

You may lose some or all of the money you trade.

Leverage and margin can increase both potential gains and losses.

Market conditions can change rapidly and may involve:

  • Slippage;
  • Spread widening;
  • Gaps;
  • Low liquidity;
  • Execution delays;
  • Broker or exchange failures;
  • Technology failures;
  • Unexpected market events.

You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose and should not assume that educational material will prevent trading losses.

Further information is provided in the 6AM Risk Disclaimer.

29. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, 6AM is not responsible for losses arising from:

  • Your trading or investment decisions;
  • Trading losses;
  • Your use or interpretation of the 6AM Strategy;
  • Reliance on educational material;
  • Reliance on AI-generated information;
  • Your broker, exchange or trading platform;
  • Trading execution;
  • Slippage, spreads or market conditions;
  • Third-party service failures;
  • Platform outages;
  • Unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials;
  • Your failure to follow appropriate risk-management practices;
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6AM will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

30. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This may include:

  • Major technical failures;
  • Cyberattacks;
  • Internet or infrastructure failures;
  • Third-party service outages;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Government action;
  • War;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Public emergencies;
  • Other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented or avoided.

We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services when practicable.

31. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how it is used, the third-party services involved and your applicable privacy rights.

32. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business, technology or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on the 6AM website with an updated “Last updated” date.

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

The Terms applicable to a purchase will generally be those in force at the time of that purchase, except where changes are required by law or otherwise properly incorporated into the agreement.

33. Complaints

If you have a complaint about 6AM or any of our services, please contact:

info@trade6am.com

We will consider your complaint and aim to resolve it reasonably.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or remedies available to you.

34. International Customers

6AM accepts students from countries outside the United Kingdom.

These Terms are intended to apply internationally to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence may continue to apply to you even where these Terms provide for the laws of England and Wales to govern the agreement.

35. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights or bringing proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable law gives them that right.

36. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

37. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce that provision in the future.

38. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer and any specific terms presented to you when purchasing a particular service, form the agreement between you and 6AM in relation to your use of the relevant services.

If specific terms presented to you before purchasing a service conflict with these Terms, those specific terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.
